About our CEO:

Angela, even from a young age, had a flair for design. Whether it was yearbooks, playbills, school T-shirts, or posters for fundraisers, her creative spirit was evident. It’s safe to say that the seeds of D’s Duds were sown during her high school days.

After graduating, Angela worked in the art department of a nationally recognized sign company, honing her skills with Adobe software even before the advent of the Creative Suite and its myriad typefaces. A serendipitous bid on a local auction site led her to acquire her first embroidery machine for a mere $300, officially marking the birth of D’s Duds.

What began as shirt designs for her own kids soon expanded to serve the community, eventually encompassing apparel and promotional items shipped nationwide. Angela’s dedication led her to focus entirely on D’s Duds, leaving behind other family business ventures in retail sales and store management.

Beyond her entrepreneurial pursuits, Angela actively contributes to her community. She serves on several boards, including the Hutchinson Symphony Board, the Leadership Reno County Alumni Board, and the Kansas Board of Opticians. Additionally, she volunteers and fosters animals at the Hutchinson Animal Shelter.

As a proud member of the Reno County Chamber of Commerce, Angela and her family call Hutchinson, Kansas, home, residing within the Buhler School District.
